Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery ranges vary by destination. UK deliveries are usually 2–6 business days after dispatch. EU deliveries generally take 4–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, as carriers may experience delays.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. See the Refund / Cancellation Policy for details and exclusions.
Packaging and care
We use protective packaging sized to the item to reduce movement and scuffs. Keep any inserts until you’re sure you’re satisfied. For care notes, refer to the product page. If you need guidance on cleaning or storage, email support and include your order reference.
